A quiet urban pond ideal for family outings or teaching kids to fish. Stocked with catfish and trout seasonally, and home to sunfish and small bass. Try worms or PowerBait under a bobber near the dock or shaded banks.
War Eagle Creek (Near War Eagle Mill)
This scenic Ozark stream flows into Beaver Lake and is known for smallmouth bass, rock bass, and sunfish. Best fished with ultralight tackle or flies near boulders, riffles, and wooded banks. Wade fishing is popular in summer and early fall.
